قال المستشار الماليّ لرئيس الوزراء مظهر محمّد صالح، ان العراق خرج من مخاطر الديون الخارجيَّة، وحاليا يُعدّ بلداً محصَّناً تحصيناً جيّداً.
واكد صالح أنَّ العراق تحوَّل بعد تخلُّصه من العبء الكبير لديونه، من بلدٍ مَدينٍ إلى الخارج إلى بلدٍ بإمكانه أنْ يكون دائناً للآخرين، لافتاً إلى أنَّ البلد يُسمَّى (الدائن الفتيَّ) لامتلاكه قدراً من الفتوّة في الجانب الاقتصاديِّ، الأمر الذي رفع من تصنيفه الائتمانيِّ، بالرغم من مشكلات المنطقة.
