اعلنت وزارة العدل، اليوم الثلاثاء، عن موقفها الشهري بعدد المفرج عنهم خلال شهر تشرين الثاني من العام الحالي .
وذكر بيان للوزارة، تلقته الوقائع نيوز ، أن “العدد الكلي للمفرج عنهم في جميع أقسام دائرة الإصلاح العراقية في بغداد والمحافظات خلال الفترة من 1 ولغاية 30 تشرين الثاني من عام 2024 الجاري بلغ (594)، من بينهم 84 نزيلة و510 نزيلا.
واضاف، أنه “تم إطلاق سراحهم بقرارات تمييزية، أو انتهاء مدة محكوميتهم، أو بالإفراج لحسن سلوكهم واجتيازهم مختلف الدورات التأهيلية، حسب توصية شعب البحث الاجتماعي ومصادقة الجهات القضائية على ذلك”.
